Torture is only in your mind

I often hate somebody, something or anything that i think was annoying and not suitable with my personality. And it's not always good. I can't get peace from it. When i saw "Another Earth" movie, i got interensting words from Rhoda...


Rhoda: 
"The cosmonaut, he is the first man ever to go into space. Right?
The Russian beat the American. He goes up in a big spaceship, but the only habitat part of it, it's very small.
So the cosmonaut sat in there, and he got this portal window and he's look out of it, and he sees the curve of the earth...
I mean the first man ever look at the planet he' from and he's lost in that moment. 


And all of sudden, this strange... " (Rhoda is ticking the fork)

"Begin rips out the control panel, right?
takes out of his tools. try to found sound, try to stop the sound, but he can't find it, he can't stop it.
Keeps going.
Few hours listen to this ? ... " (Rhoda is still ticking the fork)
Begin feels like torture...
Few days go by the sound
and he knows that this small... sound... Will break him. He'll lose his mind. What he's gonna do?
He's up in the space alone. In a space closet.
He's got 25 days. left to go, with the sound...
So cosmonaut decides... is the only way to safe insanity... is to fall in love with the sound...
So he closes his eyes and he goes to his imagination and he opens the,.
he doesn't hear ticking anymore... he hears music..."
